Estate Land Management
Little Malvern Farm can offer land management services ranging from Cover Crops, Weed Control, Fertiliser Application, Hedge Creation, Woodland Creation & Annual Maintenance and Fencing – post & rail/stock fencing.

Weed Control
With our 200-litre Honda Mule tank and handheld spray applicator, we can apply selective weed killers in places that are very difficult to reach with a tractor-mounted unit.
Please let us know what weeds are giving you the most trouble and we will let you know the best weed killers to be used.
We hold all the relevant licenses to apply weed killer.
Little Malvern Farm Paddock Landscape Services can offer a paddock maintenance service covering weed control, topping and fertilising as well as all fencing and gate erection
Fencing – post & rail / stock fencing
Little Malvern Paddock Landscape Services undertake stock fencing to protect new hedges or woods using traditional round posts and industry-standard netting. We finish off our fences with a double or single layer of standard wire. We will suggest a specification for your requirements and agree on these with you before we order any materials.

Woodland Creation & Annual Maintenance
Over the last couple of years we have planted trees on local estates, helping them to create woodlands for the future.
We will discuss with you what type of trees that you wish to plant and then discuss the options for tubes and the appropriate tree density. Planting generally starts once the first frosts have arrived in the Autumn so the saplings are in a ‘dormant’ state.
Please note: we generally stop planting in April of each year as the ground has started to dry out too much making the survival of the trees less likely if planted any later.
Hedge Creation
To date we have planted over 58 miles of hedging in the counties that we operate. We know when is the optimum time of year to set out and plant new hedges and what plants will work the best for your particular soil type.
We can plant double or single hedgerows for you and we can plant trees down the middle of the hedge line if you wish.

Paddock management & maintenance
Get the most out of your land so your livestock or horses can enjoy well-kept, healthy pastures.
Grazing pastures and paddocks need looking after. Our paddock maintenance plans will restore even the most rutted, poached or weed filled paddocks and fields. Many small yards do not have regular access to the equipment needed to carry out regular maintenance, including such rolling, weed killing, fertilizing, topping or re-seeding. Once you have a plan in place, you can really make your land work for you. You may even be able to get a good cut of quality hay to see you through the winter!
If you are fed up of temporary electric fencing posts either blowing down or being knocked over by hungry horses we can help. We can install all types of equestrian fencing for yard and paddock.
